Victor Choulika focuses his practice on international arbitration and litigation.
He acts as counsel both in commercial arbitration and investment arbitration.
Victor also appears before the French courts in enforcement proceedings of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
He also advises states and state entities in relation to issues such as immunities, international liability or cross-border disputes.
The subject matter of his thesis at the Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales was “do sovereign wealth funds qualify as ordinary investors under international investment law?”
