We supported a major energy company in establishing a large-scale renewable hydrogen production unit at one of its industrial sites. The unit will produce hydrogen through electrolysis powered by renewable electricity.
We assisted our client in drafting and negotiating Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) contracts with three providers. These contracts secured engineering studies and quotes required for plant construction.
We also provided support in drafting and negotiating key terms for the EPC contract to construct the hydrogen production plant.
