Rhadamès Killy joins the law firm De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés as a Senior Counsel. This recruitment aims at reinforcing the sports law activity.
Rhadamès Killy intervenes in intellectual property, new technologies and commercial law and is specialised in sports law. This recruitment is in line with de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés’ will to continue its development with players of the sports industry, public and private organisers of sporting events, broadcasters, partners, agents, high-level athletes and other sports rightholders or operators. Before joining de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2012, Rhadamès Killy was general counsel at ARJEL (French Online Gambling Regulatory Authority). From 2002 to 2009, he was the general counsel of the French Tennis Federation and Roland-Garros. He started his career in 1994 in London at the European head office of IMG, before becoming the general counsel of its French subsidiary for five years. He teaches in the Master II Sports Law, Economy and Management (Centre de Droit et d’Economie du Sport
in Limoges), he takes part in various conferences and regularly writes articles relating to sports and gambling law. Furthermore, he is a member of the scientific committee of Jurisport and is listed in the referees list of Paris Sports Arbitration Chamber. He is also a member of the IMGL (International Masters of Gaming Law). Rhadamès Killy obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles (1994) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in political sciences delivered by the University of Pennsylvania (1989). He is a member of Paris Bar and of California Bar (USA).
