De Gaulle Fleurance advises an international clientele (private individuals, family offices, investors and entrepreneurs) at key stages of their Monaco-related projects, including the structuring of both private and professional investments, as well as the wealth management and succession planning, including divorce and succession matters.

We provide expertise combining the specificities of the Monegasque legal framework with the underlying principles of French law, within an international context. We work in close coordination with trusted local and international partners able to provide legal advice, accounting support and, where appropriate, family office services.

Our approach also reflects the Principality’s strategic priorities, in particular the development of the space sector, which offers new investment opportunities for international stakeholders. In this context, the framework agreement signed between the Centre National d’Études Spatiales (CNES) and the Government of Monaco to support space technologies enables Monegasque funds to access the SPACELY investor club of Connect by CNES.
