De Gaulle Fleurance advised Valeo, a French automotive supplier and shareholder of Kuantic since 2017, on the sale of Kuantic to Stellantis via its subsidiary Free2Move, a leading operator of new technologies for sustainable mobility.

Kuantic, a specialist in on-board telematics and connectivity, has been designing solutions dedicated to the management and optimisation of corporate vehicle fleets since 2003 and is one of the leading players in the European on-board telematics market, supplying the big names in the global automotive industry through its various offerings.

De Gaulle Fleurance (Patrice Lefèvre-Péaron, partner; Laure Rinchet, senior counsel, and Carole Scieller, corporate M&A; Deborah David, partner, and Tiphaine Gaubert, senior associate, employment law) advised Valeo on this transaction.

We are proud to have assisted Valeo in this major transaction in the sustainable mobility technologies sector, once again demonstrating the presence of our teams in cutting-edge activities,” explains Patrice Lefèvre-Péaron, partner at De Gaulle Fleurance.
