He advises a diverse clientele (investment funds, international groups, SMEs, startups, business leaders), primarily in high-level operations, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, private equity, and venture capital.
Charles frequently handles transactions with a strong international dimension. He is admitted to the Paris and New York Bars and is fluent in English.
