Rachida Loumadine holds a Master I in Corporate and Business Law (2008) and a Master II – D.J.C.E. (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise) (2009) from the University of Poitiers. She joined De Gaulle Fleurance in 2014, where she has developed a strong expertise in mergers & acquisitions, corporate law and complex group restructurings. In particular, she handles high-end transactions cases, whether for external growth (acquisitions or disposals of shares or assets), divestments or joint ventures. Rachida Loumadine advises French and international groups, notably in the renewable energy, communication, audiovisual production and distribution and services sectors.
Racha Wylde holds a Master’s degree in European and International Law from Grenoble II University, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business from Grenoble Management School. She began her career with Société Générale in Paris in asset finance, where she worked for five years, before joining De Gaulle Fleurance in 2017. She has since strengthened an expertise in cross-border asset and project finance transactions and developed an expertise in corporate/M&A law, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. She advises international groups, banks, investment funds and governments on syndication and structured finance, as well as corporate/M&A restructurings. She is based in De Gaulle Fleurance’s Abu Dhabi office since 2021, where she manages the day-to-day operations of De Gaulle Fleurance Emea Ltd in coordination with regional players. She is a member of the Paris and Beirut Bar Associations.
