Patrice Lefèvre-Péaron is the head of De Gaulle Fleurance Geneva.

Recognised as one of the leading experts in Franco-Swiss law and taxation and for his excellent management of complex cases, he acts in Europe both on cross-border transactions by economic players (corporate M&A, finance-banking, international litigation, real estate taxation, property law and taxation, cross-border taxation and social security contributions) and for the leading shareholder families of groups.

With over 25 years’ experience in leading French and Anglo-Saxon business law firms, the team he heads is distinguished by the depth of its combined expertise in business and tax law, which ensures that transactions are handled consistently throughout the value chain, from the group’s subsidiary to the reference shareholder.

He is the author of various articles on corporate and asset taxation for the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), the leading publisher of US tax law. He is also the author of the French chapter of the book “International Tax Systems and Planning Techniques” published by Reuters.
