Catherine Castro advises on a wide range of property-related matters, including the acquisition/sale of buildings, whether constructed or in a future state of completion, the acquisition/sale of property portfolios, sale and leaseback, leases (including commercial leases in a future state of completion), construction and property development.
It is involved in all types of assets: offices, warehouses, shops, factories, logistics sites and complex buildings. She has carried out a number of transactions in the hotel sector in France and abroad (sale, acquisition, financing, sale and leaseback), as well as drafting and negotiating management contracts and building hotels.
When it comes to commercial leases, she advises and assists occupiers in particular, including in carrying out works and implementing good environmental practice. She also advises on construction projects for factories and logistics sites (project structuring, construction contracts, assistance with handover).
