De Gaulle Fleurance has advised Boris Vilain and Solenn Moustié, the founders of Phi-Link, a major player in commercial real estate consultancy, on their sale of a majority interest to SEGAT, a leading independent operator that works with all local players to define land strategies, solve complex problems and create real estate, urban and social value.

Phi-Link is a consultancy firm specialising in supporting businesses using commercial space. Its expertise enables it to work with both small and large organisations, from strategic real estate thinking to operational project implementation. It systematically integrates social changes, digital and technological transitions and changes in the working environment to guarantee solutions adapted to the realities of each company.

This strategic alliance between the two partners will enable them to position themselves on new markets, particularly in the field of “Users consulting”.

Phi-Link’s founders were advised by Catherine Castro, partner, Brice Mathieu, senior counsel, and Bertille de Bayser, senior associate, on contractual and corporate aspects, Frédéric Paquet, partner, on tax aspects, Thomas Vaseux, senior counsel, and Anaëlle Degrémont, associate, on public law aspects. SEGAT was advised by Belay Avocats: Géraldine Eberhardt and Julia Elkael, partners, and Luftia Ewane, associate.

“We are proud to have assisted our clients in this transaction, which reinforces Phi-Link’s ability, with the support of SEGAT, to provide tailor-made strategic and operational real estate advice to occupiers at the heart of their business transformation challenges,” said Catherine Castro and Brice Mathieu, lawyers at De Gaulle Fleurance.
