De Gaulle Fleurance advises SCI Panara on the sale of an office building in Paris.

This emblematic building at 117 rue de la Tour, in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, comprises a main buildinf and a pavilion, all of which are fully let to the company 360Learning. The property was sold to Optimus Prime la Tour, a joint venture between Foncière Bonneau, headed by Romain Bonneau, and Foncière de Rive, headed by Shaun Sellam and Laurent Benichou, who have thus completed their first joint transaction.

The sellers were represented by De Gaulle Fleurance (Henri-Nicolas Fleurance, Catherine Castro, partners, and Paul Lefevre, lawyer).

The buyers were represented by Monceau Notaires (Antoine Allez).
