Irène L’Homme works mainly on issues relating to regulatory compliance for digital assets (crypto-currencies, tokens, security tokens, stable coins, NFTs, etc.) and financial instruments.
She supports companies in their projects, in particular by helping them to obtain registration or approval as a Digital Assets Service Provider (PSAN) from the French Financial Authority (AMF), and to develop their projects in the various blockchain use cases.
