Julie-Anne Thiébaut’s practice focuses on the banking and finance sector. She intervenes mainly on acquisition finance transactions, as well as structured finance transactions, with both lenders (senior, mezzanine, unitranche) and borrowers.
Before joining De Gaulle Fleurance, she worked in a French investment bank within the structured finance team for five years.
