Thierry Titone advises corporate clients on the organization of their activities, from procurement to the release for consumption of products and services.
He specializes in relations between the industrial and distribution sectors and in the development of networks in France and abroad (e-commerce, franchise, selective network, etc.). He handles as well anticompetitive cases (advice, compliance and litigation), restrictive competition practices, and merger control in support of M&A teams.
He has written numerous articles and recently co-authored a book on risk management, standards and product compliance. He is also a lecturer, notably for the DJCE – Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise, Certificate of Specialization in Distribution Law at the Centre du Droit de l’Entreprise in Montpellier.
Before becoming an attorney, he was a legal expert for the Elf (Total) Group for 9 years.
