Matthieu Bichon, a member of the Paris Bar since 2006, has developed a recognised practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and securities law. He advises French and foreign clients mainly on acquisitions and disposals of businesses and strategic assets, private equity, corporate reorganizations and mergers, management incentives, and shareholder or post-acquisition disputes.
Matthieu Bichon is involved in complex, strategic transactions for listed and unlisted companies operating in a wide range of sectors, including media, telecoms, financial and technology services, industry, retail and hospitality.
Matthieu also advises financial investors and innovative companies on private equity transactions.
