Victor Omnes’ practice focuses mainly on corporate and securities law, assisting companies with their equity transactions and M&A operations. He also represents these companies in corporate litigation.
Furthermore, Victor Omnes advises major stakeholders in the sports sector on the organisation of major sports events and the negotiation of their commercial rights. He has also represented some clubs, players and sports agents in disputes before FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
