Jordan Le Gallo’s practice focuses on M&A and private equity fields in relation to national and international structuring, development and investment projects of French or foreign corporate clients as well as private equity funds (stock or asset acquisitions and divestures, spin-offs, joint ventures, management packages, cross-border M&A…).
He also advises companies and individuals on issues related to international economic sanctions and the application of extraterritorial regulations.
Jordan teaches at the University on these topics.
