M&A – Finance

Paris, January 27th, 2022

Statkraft Ventures, a Norwegian fund investing in Cleantech, Climate tech and energy, and 574 Invest, an investment fund owned by the SNCF Group, have invested €1.6 million in fluctuo, a company specializing in shared mobility data.

fluctuo is a French start-up specializing in data collection, processing and dissemination of shared mobility services (bikes, scooters and cars). Since its creation in 2019, fluctuo has been positioning itself as a facilitator between, on the one hand, shared mobility operators and, on the other hand, transport, tourism and leisure actors. fluctuo’s mission is to develop the use of shared mobility services by making them accessible via multiple digital media (apps, websites, traveler information screens).

Statkraft Ventures and 574 Invest have invested a total of €1.6 million in fluctuo during this seed financing round. This financing will allow the company to continue developing the fluctuo platform by integrating data on recharging stations and parking lots, and to recruit around 15 new employees (analysts, developers, etc.) in 2022.

De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés accompanied the funds Statkraft Ventures and 574 Invest in this transaction (with Sylvie Perrin, Jean-Christophe Amy and Morgan Guyot), including the due diligence phase (with Paul Lefebvre, Grégoire Froussart, Adèle Binnié, Louis Ngamou and Judy Attiach).

Fluctuo was advised by Olivier Bétin.

“We are proud to have contributed to the success of this transaction in an area that is dear to our firm”, explain Sylvie Perrin, Jean-Christophe Amy, and Morgan Guyot. “This investment will help strengthen the development of shared, intermodal and sustainable mobility solutions, as well as the investment strategy of our clients in this promising sector.
