Sophie’s practice focuses on commercial litigation (restrictive competition practices, deceptive and unfair commercial practices, unfair competition and parasitism), information technology litigation and intellectual property litigation (liability of technical intermediaries, trademark infringement). Sophie also advises on contractual matters, negotiation and drafting.
