Lawyer- Senior Counsel

Ghrislaine Oucharif has dual qualifications as both a lawyer and notary. After eight years practicing in international law firms, she joined a notarial firm specializing in real estate for institutional investors for six years.
Her expertise spans all aspects of real estate law and environmental law. Focused on finding concrete, effective solutions to clients’ legal challenges, she assists institutional clients and French and international developers with the acquisition/sale of assets or real estate portfolios (completed or under construction) and the development of complex real estate projects. She also manages leases for various asset types, particularly logistics, industrial, data centers, offices, retail, and co-living properties.
She also works in the renewable energy sector and energy transition of tertiary assets.
