With over 20 years’ experience, Danielle Smolders has extensive expertise in real estate transactions. She is involved in all phases, from acquisition to sale and leases, including project development (assistance in obtaining the necessary authorisations ; insurance cover (TRC/DO/CNR); contracting with architects, designers, AMO, MOD, developers and builders; assistance during the works through to completion and the removal of reservations. She advises a wide range of economic players, including developers, investors, family offices or final users.
