Marie-Charlotte Bailly began her career in auditing networks, where she acquired extensive experience in the taxation of restructuring operations, particularly international ones, and VAT. She works in tax matters on behalf of French and international clients, both individuals and companies.
Her areas of expertise cover corporate taxation, restructuring operations (mergers, etc.), flow taxation, real estate taxation, inheritance tax issues and taxation of senior executives.
She also plays a key role in the management and conduct of all types of tax-related audits and litigation, both in France and abroad.
