Fidal Avocats and De Gaulle Fleurance supported SCHÜTZ in acquiring a stake in Groupe Duo.
French company Groupe Duo, which specialises in packaging reconditioning and recycling, has announced that SCHÜTZ, a major player in the field of packaging systems based in Selters, Germany, has acquired a stake in its capital.
The deal will enable Groupe Duo and SCHÜTZ to pool their resources and develop synergies, particularly in industrial reconditioning. This new alliance offers customers greater availability of high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions, as well as other benefits, including shorter journeys and optimised logistics within the network.
De Gaulle Fleurance in Paris and DSM Avocats in Luxembourg acted in support of SCHÜTZ, and Fidal Avocats and CTN France advised the founders of Groupe Duo.
