Victor Omnes holds a dual specialization, both in in Corporate and Sports law.
In respect of his first aera of expertise, he assists various companies with their equity transactions and M&A operations. He also represents these companies in corporate litigation.
Victor also has a recognized expertise in sports law, advising major sports stakeholders on the organization of sporting events and the negotiation of their commercial rights. He has also defended several clubs, players and sports agents in their disputes before the FIFA Tribunal and the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and regularly advises them in the negotiation of their contracts (transfers, image, agency).
Victor joined De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats & Associés in 2023 as a final trainee lawyer and then became an associate of the Firm, after several years’ experience with leading firms specializing in international sports litigation, both in France and Spain.
