Muriel Guillin-Modaine advises on real estate law, and more specifically on transfers of real estate assets (sales/acquisitions of property and/or real estate rights), legal arrangements for real estate projects, contracts for the construction of real estate complexes (real estate development contracts, works contracts, project management agreements, etc.) and commercial leases.
She is also regularly involved in litigation and pre-litigation in these areas.
