Muriel Guillin-Modaine practices in real estate and construction law, both in advisory and litigation. She handles cases related to real estate asset transfers (sales/acquisitions of properties and/or real estate rights), structuring of real estate projects, development of real estate complexes (real estate development contracts, construction contracts, project management contracts, assistance during the reception and in the context of guarantees…), and commercial leases.
She works on cases involving all types of assets: industrial sites, warehouses, logistics platforms, office buildings, mixed-use buildings.
Muriel also advises companies on environmental issues, particularly in the remediation of contaminated sites and the implementation of environmental obligations.
She has also developed expertise in sustainability topics, mainly related to the CSRD, the duty of vigilance, and the CS3D.
