Claire Tergeman was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006 and specialises in employment law. She holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in employment law from the Université Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) and a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in the sociology of law from the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
Claire advises french and foreign companies, and their managers, on all their employment law needs, particularly in connection with acquisitions, business transfer and reorganisations. Her employment law practice is complemented by solid experience in employment and social security litigation. She also advises on issues relating to the disclosure of confidential information by employees (loyalty, non-competition, confidentiality and business secrecy). Claire has also developed expertise in managing employee inventions and creations.
