De Gaulle Fleurance publishes its 2024 CSR report

For the third consecutive year, De Gaulle Fleurance has published its CSR report.

Five key highlights stand out this year:

• A new waste collection and sorting system has been implemented, in partnership with the company Cèdre, with dedicated bins installed on every floor of the offices.

• An ongoing excellent gender equality index, with a score of 98/100 for support functions (an increase of 4 points in one year!).

• A collection of suits and professional attire was organized for the benefit of the La Cravate Solidaire association, which will redistribute them to vulnerable individuals seeking employment.

• 55% women.

• 1,130 hours of training provided in 2024 (a 13% increase compared to 2023).
