Introduction – Very standard IP or litigation provisions in IP/tech transfer/distribution agreements may require to be redrafted to include possible Unitary Patent protection and Unified Patent Court jurisdiction or, on the contrary, to exclude this alternative title and jurisdiction. Any and all LifeSience stakeholder needs to take a grip of these new mechanisms now in place.
