Frédéric Paquet has developed for more than twenty years an extensive expertise in corporate and executives tax management and strategy. He is involved both nationally and internationally in tax due diligence, structuring missions, family groups business transfers, mergers and acquisitions and tax litigation.
Particularly involved in scientific research taxation, Frederic also develops a strong skill regarding the conduct of corporate, tax and M&A operations. He is particularly involved in areas of IT, renewable energies, international sport competition, insurance or music and video productions.
He teaches digital activities taxation at the University Paris V Descartes.
