He is also involved in major telecommunications projects. Frédéric Destal also has profound expertise in the field of public ownership, urban planning and public transportation for which he was the interlocutor for the principal project managing authority in Paris (Ile de France).
He is the author of several articles on the subjects of the legal characterisation of the delegation of public services and the role and impact of semi-public companies (SPCs) in the local economy as well as the responsibility of local officials.
