Frederic Destal specialises in public law and is involved in regulatory issues linked to governmental authorities and legislatures, as well as in all types of administrative disputes.
He also assists and advises during procurement procedures and at the termination of the delegation of public services particularly in the telecommunication networks sectors (internet, fibre optics, etc.). He is also involved in major telecommunications projects. Frédéric Destal also has profound expertise in the field of public ownership, urban planning and public transportation for which he was the interlocutor for the principal project managing authority in Paris (Ile de France).
He is the author of several articles on the subjects of the legal characterisation of the delegation of public services and the role and impact of semi-public companies (SPCs) in the local economy as well as the responsibility of local officials.
