Claude Dimi mainly practices asset management, private equity, corporate M&A and financing law (derivatives, financial regulation), with a string focus on Africa.
He advises management companies on the structuring of investment funds (private equity funds, hedge funds, debt funds, UCITS, funds of funds, etc.); on transactions relating to the funds (mergers, liquidation, etc.) and for their authorisation applications as well as on all other regulatory issues affecting their activities. He also advises investors on their investments in funds and on the sale of their holdings (secondary transactions). Finally, he advises on private equity and M&A transactions both in Europe and Africa.
