Cécilia-Jieyue Shi’s practice focuses on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and international investments.
She possesses experiences in renewable energy transactions, conducting due diligence and engaging in a wide variety of transactions for French and international groups.
In addition, she is also specialized in IT law and new technologies, providing advices and legal assistance to international companies in these fields. She has developed notable expertise in digital platform law, and regularly advises on regulatory issues pertaining to European directives such as Platform to Business Regulation and Digital Service Act.
