Public projects and assets

In the context of cooperation actions between public and private actors, as well as alongside public entities, our lawyers assist in designing and managing numerous public projects and assets.

We assist private operators and public authorities within the field of public lawand procurement (public procurement, global contracts and other forms of public-private, contractual or institutional partnerships) as well as urban planning, spatial planning and construction law and public business law.

For example, we work on:

• The development and renovation of collective assets (energy performance, network modernization, etc.);
• PPPs, particularly on industrial or public real estate projects in Europe, or in the infrastructure and energy sector in Africa and the Middle East;
• Large-scale projects for States or international organizations, with particularly complex dimensions (financing, real estate, technologies, etc.) such as the organization of major sporting events.
