Jean-Christophe Amy has practiced for twenty years within both French and international law firms, specializing in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate law.
He joined De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2008, where he advises French and international groups, both publicly traded and privately held, on equity transactions, including external growth, divestitures, joint ventures, and equity financing. He also assists his clients in the structuring and implementation of complex restructuring operations.
