Bruno Lunghi’s main areas of expertise are in transactional and tax structuring in the real estate, infrastructure and hospitality sectors.
He advises in particular asset managers, property developers, family offices and French and foreign institutional investors.
Bruno Lunghi has extensive professional experience in the creation of real estate investment vehicles, real estate acquisitions (asset deals / share deals), real estate outsourcing operations for French and international groups, as well as in structuring financing / refinancing and fund raising.
He also advises operating groups on the tax aspects of their investments, transactions and restructurings.
With over 30 years’ experience in international law firms, Bruno Lunghi has previously held management positions, in particular as Head of Real Estate and Hospitality France for all service lines.
