After practicing for 12 years as a lawyer in the litigation and economic law departments of French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, Matthieu Dary joined De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2017 and became a partner in 2020.
Matthieu advises and litigates mainly in the fields of contract law, distribution law (organization of networks, unfair competition, breach of commercial relations) and sales promotion.
In addition, he has developed expertise in compliance and is assisting several clients with their compliance with the anti-corruption component of the Sapin II law, with the RGPD and the CSRD.
Recognized by his clients for his availability, pragmatism and his broadest vision of business, Matthieu Dary assists groups in all business sectors, including cosmetics, luxury goods, retail, media and real estate.
