De Gaulle Fleurance assists GOin in obtaining MiCA license
De Gaulle Fleurance assisted GOin, a pioneer in crypto-assets in France since 2018, in obtaining its Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) approval in accordance with MiCA regulation. It is one of the very first French companies to obtain this new European regulatory status.
GOin, already authorized as a DASP (Digital Asset Service Provider) under the French regime that preceded MiCA, offers a full range of regulated services: custody and administration of crypto-assets, transfers, exchanges for funds or other digital assets, portfolio management and advice. The company continues to grow from France, a major financial center in Europe.
Thanks to this approval, GOin will be able to offer its services in all Member States of the European Union, in accordance with the new harmonized framework established by the MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) Regulation. GOin is the second French company to obtain MiCA authorization under the fast-track procedure offered by the AMF.
GOin was assisted in this transaction by Anne Maréchal, partner, and Julie Bader, senior lawyer, at De Gaulle Fleurance.
“Obtaining PSCA license is a decisive step for GOin, which is one of the first players to be able to offer its services within a harmonized framework at European level. We are proud to have been able to support this innovative company in this strategic move, which gives it a decisive competitive advantage,” said Anne Maréchal, partner at De Gaulle Fleurance.
