Lynda Belaïd advises customers on the implementation of their cross-border projects, with particular expertise on the African continent.
Her support covers the legal structuring of projects, the negotiation of key contracts, and the management of regulatory aspects.
Prior to joining De Gaulle Fleurance, Lynda Belaïd worked as a lawyer and consultant for Anglo-Saxon law firms, consultancies and international organizations in France and Africa. She was also a member of the expert panel on contract negotiation techniques in the field of extractive energies for the African Union Executive Agency.
