Lawyer - Senior Counsel
Racha mainly intervenes in cross-border project finance and corporate/M&A. She advises commercial companies, corporate groups, banks, investment funds and governments on syndication and structured finance, as well as corporate restructuring and M&A transactions. She has occupied several roles in the past including the role of an in-house legal counsel in a major French bank. She has also seconded for a year with a major player on the French renewable energy market. She worked in Paris for several years and has since 2021 moved to Abu Dhabi, in the UAE, where she manages the daily operations of De Gaulle Fleurance Emea Ltd (subsidiary of De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés) involving Africa, the Gulf region and Europe in coordination with various experts in our law firm and in the region, with respect to cross-border investments. She has also worked on Islamic finance transactions.
