Paul has extensive experience in corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
He is involved in a boad spectrum of transactions, including cross-border operations for French and international groups, acquisitions of companies or assets, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
In this context, Paul supports our clients at each stage of their transactions, from the due diligence phase to the negotiation and execution of share and asset purchase agreements, as well as shareholder agreements.
Before joining De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, Paul worked in several French and international law firms, as well as in the legal department of a major CAC 40 bank.
