Kevin Ishac is mainly involved in all aspects of intellectual property law, digital law and new technologies.
In this capacity, he advises and litigates with both French and international clients on issues relating to the valuation of their intangible assets and the protection of their interests.
In particular, he works with leading clients in sectors such as IT solutions, healthcare, retail and digital advertising. He is also involved in innovative projects such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain technology. His passion for technology enables him to understand technical needs and provide specialized legal expertise in the commercial side of these projects.
A holder of the Europrivacy certificate, he assists customers with data protection and privacy issues in all kinds of forms, such as audit procedures, drafting RGPD documentation, negotiating contracts, assisting with data protection impact assessments, and analyzing the risks of processing sensitive personal data.
He has also been able to develop particular knowledge of the internal implementation of compliance with personal data protection regulations, notably by being seconded for a year to one of the major players in civil aviation.
Kevin is also a teacher in personal data protection law at the University of Burgundy, as part of a Master 2 program.
