Jesus Diaz brings to the unified group of lawyers and notaries a wealth of experience in management and business development, with a focus on customer satisfaction. He spent eighteen years in the retail sector, working for companies such as Decathlon and El Corte Ingles. Then, for 10 years, he combined business and technological skills as General Manager of the Legal Software activities of Wolters Kluwer in France, a Dutch group with revenues of €5.5 billion, specialising in the publication of legal software and content.
Under the leadership of Jésus Diaz, Wolters Kluwer Legal Software has experienced significant growth, both organic and external, marked in particular by the acquisition of three strategic companies for the group: Legisway (management software for legal departments), easyQuorum (management solution for boards of directors) and Della IA (artificial intelligence for contract analysis). Jesus Diaz also played a key role in the creation of LOP, Legal Operations Platform, a management solution for large law firms. His in-depth knowledge of the legal sector and business management is a major asset for De Gaulle Fleurance.
