Sofian Meghoufel’s practice focuses in all areas of real estate law (leases, construction, co-ownership, transactions, urban planning).
He advises French and foreign institutional clients in their real estate acquisitions or disposals matters. He works alongside institutional lessors and large users in the negotiation of leases, particularly commercial leases, on all types of assets and in matters of rental management. Sofian also assists developers and project owners in the context of construction or restructuring operations.
Finally, he has experience in business litigation and is specifically involved in disputes relating to contract law, construction, property sales, commercial leases and rental management.
