She has notably assisted national Governments, public entities, foreign investors and private companies in international arbitrations conducted under ICC, UNCITRAL, and LCIA, on a variety of issues, including transfer of undertakings, oil industry, banking industry and homeopathy disputes.
Her extensive experience in business litigation qualifies her to represent clients before the French courts in the settlement of arbitration proceedings, in particular in the context of appeals relating to the setting aside of arbitral awards or disputes over the enforcement of arbitral awards in France.
