Catherine Castro specializes in all kinds of assets: offices, warehouses, complex buildings. She participated in numerous transactions in the hotel industry in France and abroad (takeovers, acquisitions, financing, sale and leaseback) as well as in the drafting and negotiation of management or construction agreements.
In terms of commercial leases, Catherine Castro assists and advises more particularly occupants including for the performance of works and the implementation of good environmental practices.
