Photosol, a leader of the French photovoltaic market, has a capacity of over 400 MWp both in terms of operation and construction. With this new financing, the company will be able to build six ground-mounted photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 50.2 MWp. Developed and built in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Centre-Val de Loire and Pays de Loire regions, with unit capacities ranging from 1.3 MWp to 16.5 MWp, these solar power plants will gradually come into operation in 2022. They represent an annual production of 56 GWh of electricity, 100% renewable, at an average price of 62€/MWh, allowing to cover the annual consumption of about 25,500 people per year (excluding heating).
De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés (Sylvie Perrin and Jonathan Souffir, partners, Racha Wylde and Lily Ravon, associates) advised the lenders, Bpifrance and Unifergie, throughout the financing of this transaction. “We are proud to have successfully contributed to this new financing for Photosol,” said Sylvie Perrin and Jonathan Souffir. “This is the third time in less than 24 months that De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés has accompanied Photosol’s bank financiers in a major transaction“.
