With this transaction, Edgar Suites, developer and operator of high-standards hotel residences, is continuing its development close to Paris, in Clichy, following recent acquisitions in Levallois-Perret, Cannes and Paris XV.
The 4-storey building at 4-6 boulevard Jean Jaurès in Clichy will be demolished to create a new 2,700 m² R+8 residence by 2026, based on an existing building permit.
The Clichy-Jean-Jaurès residence will offer a new living space with 35 Urban Suites, ranging from T2 to T4, equivalent to more than 110 hotel rooms, with balconies on every floor and shared services including a fitness room for travellers.
The lenders were advised by De Gaulle Fleurance (May Jarjour, partner, and Vahan Guevorkian, senior manager).
