Thibault Hubert specializes in structured financing (acquisitions, LBOs, MBOs, etc.) and corporate financing, as well as real estate financing. He assists all types of creditors, both French and foreign, in setting up financing operations (senior debt, unitranche, private placement, mezzanine, etc.).
Before joining de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, he was in charge of the legal and financial structuring of seed capital transactions at ACD Capital.
