After practicing in a firm specializing in intellectual property law as a partner for over ten years, Serge Lederman joined De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2014. Serge Lederman acts both as counsel and in litigation before all courts specialized in intellectual and industrial property.
Recognized by his clients for his analysis of intellectual property and unfair competition disputes and their stakes, as well as his keen sense of litigation strategy, Serge Lederman assists companies and institutions internationally and in France in a wide range of sectors, including fashion, agri-food, sport, media, advertising, design and decoration,
Serge Lederman holds a specialization diploma from the Paris Bar in Intellectual Property.
