A lawyer since 2016, Noé Fontalba specialises in public business law, both as an adviser and in litigation (concessions and public procurement, complex contractual arrangements, urban law). He advises both public entities and private operators.
Before joining De Gaulle Fleurance, Noé Fontalba advised and defended public entities and private operators on public contracts in a variety of sectors (construction, rail transport, culture, sport, etc.).
Within De Gaulle Fleurance, his practice focuses on the energy sector, and in particular on the development of renewable energy production assets supported by or in association with public authorities. He also works in areas such as transport – particularly rail – health. He finally advises several state entities (Justice, Interior).
